November 2008 Weekend Crop Registration
Public registration for the Nov. 7-9, 2008 weekend crop will begin by
August 1, 2008. To be added to our mailing list for email reminders,
please sign up for the newsletter by clicking on the box on the left side of
our home page.
To register, please follow these steps:
1) Email ALL of the following information to crops2remember@yahoo.com:
First Name:
Last Name:
Email address:
Mailing address:
Home Phone:
Cell Phone:
Payment method: (Either check or Paypal):
Crop Room Preference (Sorority House or Library):
Hotel Room Occupancy Preference (2-room Suite, 1-room suite or studio suite):
Who you would like to be roomed with (required for 1-room suite):
2) Then, pay your crop fee (after Aug. 1) or your deposit (before
Aug. 1) via Paypal within 12 hours of registering:
Via Paypal - Quad occupancy
Via Paypal - Double occupancy
Via Paypal - Single occupancy
Via Paypal - $100 deposit (balance to be paid in full by Oct. 1)
Registration Policies:
Crop registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time
stamp on the registration email sent to us. Registered croppers must pay via Paypal
within 12 hours of registering to have their space held. If payment is not received in
this time frame, the seat will be opened up once again.
The full crop amount, less a $30 processing fee, is refundable for cancellations made
a month before the crop begins. Cancellations made less than a month before the
event begins, but more than two weeks before, will receive a refund of 50 percent.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the day the event begins will not receive a
refund, but the reservation is transferable up to two days before the crop as long as
the crop fee is paid in full. Crops2Remember just needs the name, phone and email
of the new person.
Once the crop is sold out, a waiting list will be started.
Once you have paid via Paypal, a confirmation email will be sent to you when payment
is received by C2R.
